Charlotte Taylor is one of the Tomorrow People.
She is portrayed by Madeleine Arthur.
In The Citadel,
After the experiments done to her at the Citadel she is very scared, shy, and slightly unstable.
John has become somewhat of a mentor/older brother figure to Charlotte. He teaches her how to control her power and is responsible for her strides towards a healthier mind set. Later when John is banished she speaks with him tellapathicly asking when he's coming back and if he doesn't she'll hate him, to which he laughs and replies ""I miss you too, Charlie". In the finale, Charlotte tells John it was him not Roger who gave them hope and that he is her hero.
It is shown that Charlotte and Errol seemed to have a very good relationship in the Citadel.
- Telekinesis - The ability to move objects and people with her mind. She is capable of levitating herself.
- Telepathy - The ability to hear the thoughts of others and project the thoughts of oneself. Charlotte has the ability to to push beings out of her mind, which only powerful telepaths can accomplish.
- Teleportation - The ability to instantly transport oneself and others to another location.
- Psychic Scream - When Charlotte screams she make all the Tomorrow People near her weak.
Charlotte (to John Young): Every time I close my eyes..... it feels like I'm back at that place.
