Biography[]
Stephen Jameson stands at the crossroads between the world we know and the shifting world of the future. Up until a year ago, Stephen was a “normal” teenager - until he began hearing voices and teleporting in his sleep, never knowing where he might wake up. Now, Stephen’s issues have gone far beyond the usual teenage angst, and he is beginning to question his sanity. In desperation, Stephen decides to listen to one of the voices in his head, and it leads him to his first encounter with the Tomorrow People - John, Cara and Russell - a genetically advanced race with the abilities of telekinesis, teleportation and telepathic communication, but he soon learns that he also has the power to stop time, like his father, the former leader of The Tomorrow People. With the discovery that he is also a synergist his powers will develop further than any other member of the Tomorrow People.
Season One[]
In Pilot, Stephen wakes up hearing voices in his head and thinks he is losing his sanity. Paying attention to these voices leads him to his first encounter with The Tomorrow People, John, Cara and Russell. He is informed about how they are being hunted by scientists named Ultra. He hopes that this will help him uncover more about his father's mystery. Returning to The Tomorrow People's hideout, he watches a message his father left to him; explaining that if he took after him his life is now in danger and he can only trust himself.
In In Too Deep, Stephen made the decision to work for Jedikiah at Ultra. He teleports to school and tells Astrid he was off his meds but now he is back on them, in order to reassure her that he was okay. While under observation, he demonstrates his telekinetic, teleportation, and telepathic (the three Ts) abilities at Ultra. Jedikiah explains to Stephen that they use agents like him to track rogue breakouts. The Tomorrow People are angry with Stephen because he decided to work for Ultra; they tell him that he is no longer welcome with them and that he has no idea what Ultra will do; his presence in their hideout puts all of them at risk. Stephen comes home to find Luca, Astrid and his mother waiting for him. His mother had tossed his room and found his pills in the trashcan. Stephen protests that he is fine, but his mother argues that he isn't. When hugging, Stephen experiences one of his mother's memories where his father left saying he didn't love her anymore. Cara gives Stephen John's watch that contains a chip that will block people from being able to get into Stephen's mind while he is in Ultra. Cara and John spar and argue about her continued protection of Stephen; she asserts that Stephen is the Chosen One, but John proclaims that he will not let Stephen take the rest of them down with him. Meanwhile Stephen tags along on his first mission and is furious when he sees Ultra sent a kill squad to take down a 17 year old breakout Kurt. Stephen reaches out to The Tomorrow People with an empassioned plea for help saving Kurt; John refuses and tells Stephen he is on his own - they aren't risking their own lives for Kurt. Stephen finds Kurt and tells him about The Tomorrow People; John and Cara show up as Kurt is running away. John saves Stephen from falling off the roof, and Cara knocks out Kurt to take him back with them.
In Kill Or Be Killed, John and Cara continue to try and teach him how to use his power their way instead of Jedikiah's way. Then his mother found Ultra keycard and asked him to invite Jedikiah for dinner even though she doesn't trust him, but she wants to find out exactly what he does at ultra. Meanwhile Killian is killing people by explosion. Stephen tries to convice Jedikiah to let him help but he says no, untill Stephen saves him from getting into his car which exploded. Jedikiah then let him study Killians file and be more involved. Stephen and his partner follow killian to a wearhouse where he gets the best of both of them. Stephen and John later go back to the wearhouse to find orchestra students and a bomb. Killian knocks him out and when he wakes they realized he planted a bomb. John has a plan to deactivate the bomb and stephen had to cut the wire will John had to be at 5 places at once. They manage to stop the bomb and they go back underground.

Jedikiah explans that he is just doing intern things but she doesn't beleive him since he comes home with bruses. She explains that the job at ultra is what made her husband leave. Even so she lets him continue his internship so Stephen can stay close to his father. When she leave Jedikiah gives his a message to try and give John about a meeting. Stephen is protective and takes desperate measures when necessary. He cares about the life and refuses to turn his back on humans or his species. Stephen can be very stubborn and eager to fight, often accidentally placing other people in danger. He has a temper and is prone to anger attacks. This is displayed when he beats up a guy from his school and more recently when he tried to kill Jedekiah by beating him up and strangling him. However he is very forgiving and caring. This is shown when he forgives John after finding out he killed his father.

Stephen is about 5'11. He has a pale complexion, dark brown hair (which he inherited from his parents), blue eyes (which he inherited from his mom). He has a casual attire, consisting of plain shirts, hoodies, jackets and sneakers.
Relationships[]
Hillary Cole[]
Hillary was Stephen's romantic interest. They had a competitive and perhaps complicated relationship at times, as they often tried to outdo each other. They end up kissing in Stephen's room while preparing for a mission. From then on they were together. Recently, it has been revealed that her family was murdered when she was younger, as this has fueled her passion to help others. Thus, why she joined Ultra. They often like to tease each other, as shown in Smoke and Mirrors when Hillary seduces him when he was meant to see The Founder. They have passionate sex before he goes to see him. They sleep together again the next episode, after flirting with each other at Ultra. After telling how much she loved him (in A Sort of Homecoming), she sacrifices herself to save him and the others.
Astrid Finch[]
Astrid is Stephen's best friend. It was revealed in Limbo, that she is in love with him. She is extremely disappointed that Stephen doesn't love her the same way. Since then they have gradually grown apart. She also disapproves of his relationship with Hillary. By the end of the season, they've rekindled their friendship.
Cara Coburn[]
Stephen considers Cara to be a guide for himself, since it was her voice that lead him to the Tomorrow People. They both share this same genuine concern for one another. Stephen shows his romantic feelings for Cara by kissing her during their near run-in with Ultra, and they end up making out. Later on, despite his deal not to kiss her anymore, they make out and go to a hotel. The beginning of the next episode is shown with them leaving a hotel room after a night of debauchery. Cara however has misgivings about spending the night with Stephen as she is in love with John.
Stephen initially is upset; but; since then he has distanced himself from her and it appears he no longer feels the way he did, as had a relationship; with Hillary before she had committed suicide. In the last episode, Stephen and Cara were seen flirting, and establishing a new group of Tomorrow People together.
John Young[]
Stephen and John seemed to have quite an antagonistic relationship. Often times they have the opposite ideas, which lead to tension between them. Stephen often questions John's leadership but also respects him for some of his actions. However, in later episodes, they seem to be working together more, but they still have underlying disagreements. Even after finding out that John murdered Stephen's father, he does not hold a grudge. Even though they have their disagreements, they're still friends and allies.
Russell Kwon[]
Stephen has a good relationship with Russell, unlike how he is with John at times, they get along very well, and are on good terms with each other.
Roger Price[]
Roger is Stephen's father. Stephen knows little about him as he was never there for him. Stephen looks up to him a lot and respects him, after he finds out why he had left their family. He currently mourns Roger's death.
Marla Jameson[]
Stephen cares for his mother greatly. He especially dislikes that she seems to be worn out, but he tries his best to be a better son.
Luca Jameson[]
Luca is Stephen's little brother. They share a very typical brotherly relationship, full of teasing but also underlined with love.
Jedikiah Price[]
Jedikiah is Stephen's uncle and one of the heads at Ultra. Stephen goes to work for him in the hopes of finding what happened to his father, Jedikiah's brother. He also goes as a double-agent for The Tomorrow People. Jedikiah seems to have a soft spot for Stephen. Even though several infractions were caused by Stephen, he decides to trust him and let him go without punishment. Stephen also saves Jedikiah from being killed by a car bomb. Jedikiah also showed great concern and anxiety when Stephen was held hostage by Julian and therefore in danger from the explosive planted by Jedikiah in Julian. When Stephen turns up alive, he tries to hide his relief.
Powers and Abilities[]
Powers[]

- Telekinesis - Stephen possesses the ability to move and manipulate objects and people with his mind.
