Talia is one of the Tomorrow People, and the first Red Avenger. Russell met her during his wild gambling days, fell in with this paranormal lady gambler and they stole from all a lot casinos. Eventually, the duo was torn apart by suspicion, betrayal and jail time. Now Russell's former partner in crime has changed her ways and is inspiring other gifted crime fighters around the country to assume the Red Avenger mantle, including Mallory.
